Thomas P. Beague, DMD
Dr. Thomas P. Beague has been practicing dentistry in Elmont, NY, for over 30 years. He was born and raised in New York and currently lives on Long Island with his wife and two children. In 1993, Dr. Beague graduated from New Jersey Dental School and completed his residency at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY. It was there he taught dentistry for 17 years in the Special Adolescent Care Division. Prior to dentistry, Dr. Beague was an electrical engineer and graduated with a Master’s of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Although he loved engineering, he felt a passion to serve the community as a dentist. He travels regularly to underprivileged communities all over the globe, completing Doctors Without Borders Missions. He has helped hundreds of people by traveling to Haiti, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guyana, India, Africa and the Philippines. These dental missions are volunteer and independently funded. Dr. Beague finds it a privilege to be able to provide dental care to those who otherwise could not afford it. His patients appreciate his caring nature and quality of work, which he strives to do on a daily basis as he continues to brighten smiles all over the world.
Nick Simon, DMD
Dr. Nick Simon plays an integral role at Family Dental Care of Elmont. Dr. Simon graduated magna cum laude from the esteemed Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. This was where he fell in love with all aspects of dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Simon completed a one-year General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital to enhance his knowledge and skills. He focused on general dentistry, while also treating children and adults with special needs. He actively works with patients requiring various types of dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, surgical and endodontic procedures. His kind and gentle demeanor is a trademark of the excellent care he provides. Dr. Simon was born and raised in Elmont, New York. Therefore, he is committed and honored to provide care for the community and its members that helped shape him into the man he is today.
